The Entrepreneurial Mindset for Youth conference is held twice a year. The upcoming one is entitled, “When You Do What You Love.”
The conference wants to encourage young people to think about what they love to do, what makes them happy, what inspires and moves them, and then do just that in life! As Confucious’ well-known saying goes, “If you find a job you love, you will not work a day in your life.”
The aim of this conference is to inspire young people to recognize and realize their own talents, upon which they can build their futures. Young people will be addressed by innovators, successful entrepreneurs, top managers, desirable employers, and many others who positively influence society with their work. The conference will focus on why it is important to do what you love and how to embark on your own entrepreneurial path.
Slaven Kordić, an executive partner of Invera Equity Partners, presents in the video what it is like to own 36 museums around the world, how important it is to choose franchisees carefully, what he considers the advantages and disadvantages of franchising, and many other interesting features related to the franchise business model.
