Six years of experience in financial advisory services (due diligence, independent business reviews, restructuring, etc.) and corporate finance/controlling.
Denis started his career in 2015 as a consultant at KPMG in the Deal Advisory department before moving to EY in 2017 as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to joining Invera Equity Partners, Denis was engaged as Head of Operational Controlling in a private equity-backed company.
Denis is a former handball player and a spearfishing enthusiast in his free time.
