Izazov promjene Conference in Poreč – 7–9 October 2026

This year’s Izazov promjene (Challenge of Change) conference, held in Poreč, included our Managing Partner, Slaven Kordić, among its speakers. Organised by the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Association of Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies (UMFO), under the auspices of the Croatian Government, the conference brought together a record of nearly 600 participants from the financial industry, business, the investment community, regulatory institutions and academia.

Slaven joined the panel “Private Capital, Real Impact: Building Croatia’s Success Stories” alongside Andrej Erjavec (InterCapital Real Estate), Hrvoje Pauković (Primo Real Estate) and Marko Galić (Provectus Capital Partners), moderated by Matko Maravić.

The discussion focused on how private capital can create real impact in the Croatian economy, with particular attention to financing entrepreneurial projects and supporting the growth of domestic companies.

Alongside private and alternative capital, this year’s programme covered the development of ETFs and digital investing, investment opportunities in Central Europe, the future of the pension system, artificial intelligence in finance, and financial literacy.
