Lead to the Top 2026 Conference – July 7, 2026

Slaven Kordić, our Managing Partner, participated in the panel discussion “Adapt. Change. Stay Relevant.” at the Lead to the Top 2026 conference organized by Lead.You in Zagreb.

Together with Alma Mekić Ćerdić (Bosqar Invest), Josipa Jutt Ferlan (Hilton hotels), and Rina Musić (MSD), he discussed leadership challenges in times of change, including personal development, building teams, and making strategic decisions.

Slaven shared his perspective on the importance of recognizing when change is needed and when proven approaches should be maintained. He highlighted that planning is not a prediction of the future, but a tool that enables companies to better navigate changing circumstances and recognize when a change in direction is required.

The discussion also covered the development of new leaders, the role of artificial intelligence, and changing expectations of younger generations.
