Master of Laws (mag.iur.), University of Zagreb; Croatian Bar Exam.
Mihael is an independent Attorney-at-Law, member of the Croatian Bar Association and an external member of Invera team.
He has more than seventeen years’ experience in professional international legal and M&A environment. After working for a Big4 affiliated law firm, in 2011 Mihael established his own Law office.
Mihael advised on, negotiated, structured, documented and implemented numerous cross-border and domestic transactions.
Mihael is married with two children and enjoys skiing and sailing.
