In October 2022 Invera acquired a majority stake in Kompare online d.o.o., a leading Croatian insurance and telco aggregator (comparison site) operating under the brand name Kompare.hr. The Company provides a platform for retail customers to find the best deal, saving them time and money – while for its partners, it provides an efficient sales channel, decreasing their customer acquisition costs.

Invera recognized a unique opportunity to acquire a leader in a growing market with significant penetration potential and, to a certain extent, subscription-like product. The strategy is focused towards developing a leading one-stop-shop marketplace offering an array of personal finance products in the CEE region.
