MSc & BSc from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb.

Zrinka has more than 20 years of experience in finance, banking, insurance and management consulting.

After starting her career in the largest Croatian bank (Zagrebačka banka), Zrinka became one of the first private bankers in Croatia. She subsequently became a member of the management board at an insurance company that specialized in professional indemnity insurance. For the next 15 years she worked as the director of finance and procurator in one of the largest Croatian law firms. During that period she was a member of two supervisory boards of companies listed on the Zagreb stock exchange and a member of the board of trustees of a PE fund.

Zrinka passed the broker’s exam and the investment advisor’s exam. She is a certified evaluator.

In her free time, Zrinka practices yoga. Zrinka is married with two children.
