At the Finance Market conference held in Opatija, our Managing Partner Slaven Kordić participated in the panel discussion “Capital Markets Strategy – in Action!”, organized by the Croatian Banking Association with the support of the Croatian National Bank and HANFA.

Together with representatives from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia, HBOR, InterCapital, Erste Bank Croatia, and PBZ Croatia Osiguranje, the panel discussed the implementation of the Capital Markets Development Strategy 2025–2030, along with key challenges and opportunities for strengthening the domestic capital market.

One of the main topics was the need for a stronger IPO pipeline in Croatia and the potential impact of a large-scale IPO on market liquidity, investor participation, and capital market development.

The discussion also addressed the importance of capital market development for private equity activity, including portfolio company growth opportunities and more efficient exit pathways.
