Invera strengthens team with new appointments to key functions

Invera Equity Partneri continues to strengthen its team with further investments in key functions that support the growth of its portfolio companies and the development of its investment platform.
Following the appointments of Ivan Josipović as Investment Partner, and Bojan Radlović as Operating Partner, Invera has further expanded its team by appointing Bruna Kostelac Košir as Head of Talent and Nina Radić Kuzik as Chief Legal Officer.
The appointments reflect Invera’s continued investment in long-term value creation. Alongside strengthening the investment and operational team, the company further develops functions in talent and legal to enhance the performance of portfolio companies and support the execution of complex investments.
The appointments are part of Invera’s planned team expansion from 11 to 23 employees following the first close of Invera Private Equity Fund II at €160 million. The fund is targeting a final close of €200 million in Q4 2026.
