EBRD announces consideration of up to EUR 30 million investment in Invera’s second fund

The EBRD announced that it is considering an investment of up to EUR 30 million in the planned Invera Private Equity Fund II, a EUR 200 million fund to be managed by Invera Equity Partners. The news was reported by Večernji list.

According to the EBRD, the investment aims to provide long-term growth capital to companies in Southeast Europe, strengthening their competitiveness and supporting the resilience of the local financial sector. Part of the funding will be classified as green financing, directed toward projects that contribute to climate and environmental goals.

Slaven Kordić, our Managing Partner, highlighted that the EBRD has tripled its investment amount compared to the first fund, reflecting satisfaction with the ongoing collaboration. The new fund is expected to make between five and ten investments in successful companies with potential for European and global growth.

Invera continues to support and develop its existing portfolio companies, including the Museum of Illusions, Kompare, and Entrio, all of which have achieved significant growth and international expansion in recent years.
