The fund is headquartered in the Netherlands and is managed by Invera Equity Partners, a fully licensed manager in accordance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). We adhere to the highest reporting and compliance standards as required by EU and country-specific regulators. The company is fully licensed and regulated by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA).
