BestInvest.hr 2026 – CVCA – April 16, 2026 – Zagreb, Croatia

At the Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association Investment Awards Conference (BestInvest Croatia 2026), Invera Equity Partneri was recognised with two awards: Exit of the Year and Investor of the Year.

The Exit of the Year award was given for the successful sale of a majority stake in Metamorfoza, the company behind the Museum of Illusions concept, to Brightwood Capital Advisors. The transaction reflects the continued international development of a business that originated in Zagreb and has grown into world's largest chain of private museums.

The Investor of the Year award recognises Invera’s broader investment activity and portfolio performance, as well as its approach to working closely with founders and management teams across portfolio companies. The award also reflects Invera’s strategy of supporting scalable businesses with international growth potential through active partnership and long-term value creation.
