Changes in the Management Board of the Company

Invera Equity Partners d.o.o. hereby announces that the mandate of a member of the Management Board, Mr. Edin Hadžavdić, ended on 10 June 2022. Mr. Hadžavdić has been a member of the Management Board since April 2020. He will continue his career outside the company. The company thanks Mr. Hadžavdić for his significant contribution to the development of the business.

Mr. Hadžavdić was replaced on the Management Board by Ms. Zrinka Vuković Berić. Ms. Vuković Berić has extensive experience in finance, banking, insurance and business consulting. She started her career in Zagrebačka banka d.d. and became a member of the Management Board of HOK-OSIGURANJE d.d. Ms. Vuković Berić worked as the director of finance and procurator at one of the largest Croatian law firms for fifteen years. She was a member of the Supervisory Board of OT-Optima Telekom d.d. and Genera d.d.

At the session of the Management Board held on 9 June 2022, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) passed a decision granting approval to Ms. Zrinka Vuković Berić to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of Invera Equity Partners Ltd. for a term of five years.
