HANFA’s operating license for Invera Equity Partners

On February 28, 2020, Croatian Supervisory Agency for Financial Institutions (“HANFA”) issued a decision granting Invera Equity Partners permission to operate a large AIFM. Invera Equity Partners, based in Zagreb, Croatia, is a limited liability company for the management of alternative investment funds.

Kemal Sikirić and Edin Hadžavdić were approved to perform the functions of president and member of the Management Board of Invera Equity Partners for a term of five (5) years.
