Invera Equity Partners (IEP) has concluded the final closing

Zagreb, 30 June 2022 – Invera Equity Partners (IEP) has completed the final closing of its Invera Private Equity Fund C.V. (Private Equity Fund), raising a total of €61.70 million. The total amount raised during the final closing reached €1.68 million.

IEP attracted a broad investor base to the Invera Private Equity Fund, consisting of eight EU-based institutional investors, including pension funds and the leading European development bank and investment fund.

IEP focuses on investments in small and medium-sized perspective companies which require capital for further growth.
