Invera Equity Partners Receives the Investment of the Year Award

The Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA) has organised the Croatian Annual PE&VC Investment Awards Conference, Bestinvest.hr. The conference was held on 6 July 2022 at the Westin Zagreb hotel. The annual awards are awarded for the best investments in fast-growing companies and start-ups, i.e., the best private equity and venture capital (PE&VC) investments in six categories.

Invera Equity Partners’ investment in the company Metamorfoza (Museum of Illusions) has been declared the Private Equity Investment of the Year.

Slaven Kordić, the managing partner of Invera Equity Partners, participated in a panel discussion together with other private equity investors. Some of the topics Slaven talked about were the investment opportunities in Croatia; whether Croatia is an attractive country for investment; how geopolitical conflicts, the pandemic, and the energy crisis are affecting private equity investments; and what impact they are having on transactions, valuations, and exit strategies. Slaven also explained how private equity investments are affecting the transformation of the Croatian economy.
