Kemal Sikirić Participates in BUM Masterclass in Sarajevo - 10 September 2026

The BUM (Business Managers Union) Masterclass in Sarajevo brought together business leaders, company owners and entrepreneurs to discuss growth, capital, M&A and strategic decision-making.

Kemal Sikirić, our Managing Partner, spoke about the role of private equity capital in the development of companies and the criteria investors consider before making an investment. In addition to financial performance, he highlighted the importance of management quality, market potential, the ambition of owners and a company's ability to achieve its next stage of growth.

Kemal also shared Invera's perspective on how private equity can support companies beyond capital: an investment partner can contribute to the professionalisation of the business, improvement of processes, strategic development, acquisitions and expansion into new markets.

The practical side of such a partnership was presented by Nikša Tomulić, Founder of kompare.hr, who shared his experience of building and scaling the company alongside Invera. The partnership created additional opportunities for digitalisation, new product development and regional expansion, demonstrating how an investor can bring knowledge, contacts and the structure needed to support faster growth.
