Zrinka Vuković Berić at the Conference for Women

At the recently held Women in Adria conference, leading experts from the financial sector gathered to exchange insights. Our Management Board member, Zrinka Vuković Berić, took part in a panel dedicated to investments, acquisitions, and private equity funds.

Presenting the experience of our private equity fund, she highlighted that over the past five years four acquisitions have been completed, with a fifth currently in preparation. She emphasized the importance of identifying companies with strong growth potential and owners ready for partnership, noting that such collaboration has proven to be the most successful.
